Terms of Use
These terms apply when you play the iPhone game Neighbor Wars (隣人戦争, "the App"). By using the App you agree to them. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies. If this English version and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Use
You may use the App for free for personal entertainment. All rights in the App's art, sound, text and code belong to the developer or the rightful owners.
2. Minors
If you are a minor, please get permission from a parent or guardian before playing, including online play.
3. Do not
- Modify, reverse engineer or use unauthorized tools on the App or its servers
- Exploit bugs or raise your rating or rank by unfair means
- Disrupt the service, for example by sending excessive traffic to the servers
- Harass other players
- Trade accounts or game data for money or anything else of value
- Break the law
If you do, we may suspend your online play or delete your rating and leaderboard records.
4. Online services
Online play and cloud saves use Epic Online Services by Epic Games and our own server. They may be unavailable at times because of network conditions or maintenance. To keep matches fair we may adjust ratings, ranks and leaderboards, or reset them between seasons.
5. Changes and end of service
The App may change through updates. We may end the online services after announcing it in advance in the App or on this site.
6. Paid items
The current version sells nothing. If we introduce in-app purchases, we will update these terms first.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the App working well, but we do not guarantee that it works on every device and in every situation or that data will never be lost. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability for damage arising from use of the App is limited to the extent permitted by law. Where consumer protection laws do not allow this limitation, those laws apply.
8. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we will update this page and its date. Using the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
